Moving forward, our strategy is to diversify business venues via two business units mitigating the risk of peaks and valleys vis-a-vis gross revenues and net profits. However, diversification will be mostly based on our current core businesses of trading and services (BUSINESS UNIT 1), manufacturing and contracting (BUSINESS UNIT 2), coupled with a Real Estate development arm to further fortify and enhance our position, complementing both business units' needs with income generating assets and prime locations within the local market.
In brief, we are revisiting historical data, streamlining present knowledge management and human resources' talent at hand, completing segmented market research, restructuring the company by going back to basics: High quality, superior customer satisfaction, large business solution platform in services with an open and flexible corporate structure yielding integrity, transparency and professionalism.
The springboard to expand (BUSINESS UNIT 2) stems from the existing road signs and non structural steel works facility in Shuwaikh industrial zone (3,000 m2 ).
The added value will be to maximize our manufacturing capabilities, taking the contracting side to its full potential from signs, composite paneling, aluminum profiles, cladding to steel & stainless steel...a full house of architectural material systems for the local market.
From year 2008 onward, both business units will place AMK as a leading company in Office Automation, Encryption, Telecom, I.T. & Architectural Building Systems.
